Create with me

My photography is relaxed, honest and gentle, creating images in a documentary style and sometimes a playful directed style that tells your unique story. This is for families of all ages, with or without children.

Price includes a full online gallery with images for viewing, sharing and downloading. Images will be a mix of black and white and colour photography.

I am in the thick of motherhood, the repetition, the chaos, the intensity of parenting my young, it consumes my days with both love and the longing for momentary escape. Sometimes I feel I might suffocate, sometimes pure ecstasy. There is no end. I would not wish it so.

The Family Archive session is about telling the narrative of your family, showing the honest and intimate love you share together.  It is about more than photos, it is joy and laughter, tears and frustration, it is all of it. Every moment of truth in all it's messy glory.

This photoshoot is relaxed at home, there is no need to dress up, in fact I prefer you to dress down, be barefoot and completely comfortable. It is about the visual story of love you have with your child/ren, your partner, your pets.

What a blessing to have my life and family - at this fleeting moment in time- captured to treasure forever.

Tani has made art of my mundane. Or perhaps she has simply revealed the art that is my mundane.
