Slipping explores the grief experienced during the matrescence journey. What do we do when our bodies are finished stretching, birthing, feeding our babies? What is the purpose of the mother then?
A series of portraits, both self and other, and documentary style photography, Slipping takes an explorative dive into the sensory depths of women as they experience motherhood through the lens of time fleeting and a slipping of dependance they must either cling to or shift with.
